Mobo Sushi

Went to Mobo Sushi tonight — they have a wonderful variety with unusual as well as traditional sushi in downtown Santa Cruz.
Here in the top-right is “Krazy Kat” which is Katsuo and spicy yummy stuff. The middle left is a “roll your own” (you choose ingredients) of shrimp tempura + macademia nuts. To the right of that is maguro, and in the front hamachi belly and fresh salmon.
This is the “banana slug” which is a chef’s choice combo “rainbow roll” with special style… see the dragon? Super yum!
