The former great room of the original ranch house, built in 1888, features high ceilings, an extra-large sitting area with a wall of windows overlooking greenery, an antique Irish pine cupboard with a hidden TV/VCR, a queen pine sleigh bed with vining metal scrollwork, a private entrance to an outdoor sitting area overlooking Eva's Rose Garden.

The Hidden Garden Suite has a private entrance and hallway, the original entry of the home, shared with the Sunporch Suite.
