At Sand Rock Farm we know that every event is unique and we’ll create a custom proposal for you. Use the following estimate for planning. We’d love the opportunity to talk with you further about your special day.
We offer a five hour event package any time between 9 AM and 9:00 PM.
We include the following for $100-125 per person*
- A Ceremony and an Event Site
- Event Rentals including, tables, chairs, linens, silver, china, glassware
- All Service Staff to set up, serve during, take down and clean up
- Event Coordination and “day of” site management
- Catered Buffet; 3 appetizers, 2 sides, 2 salads, 2 entrees.
Beverages are separately bid. We can provide beverages or you can bring your own with a $12 corkage charge per bottle. Full bar also available.
*Other service options including plated meals are additional cost
Our Inclusive Wedding Package does not provide: flowers, music, cake, offsite parking fee, officiant and photography but we can give you a list of preferred vendors upon request.
