Mid-week Petite Event ~ $6,500 available Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays for 24 or fewer guests.  Includes exclusive use of the venue space for your six-hour event, ending by 9:00pm, use of the Hidden Garden Suite for getting ready, professional event coordination, three wine barrel cocktail tables, three farm tables, folding wood chairs, rustic wood bar, rustic accessory tables, fire pit lounge, china, silver and glassware.  Available Monday-Thursday year-round.  Optional lodging buyout for up to 18 guests in the 5-room farm house is available at $1,300/night, including breakfast.  Choose from preferred vendor list for other event services.  Please Jen at Summit Soiree for availability and more information.

2018 Events   there is currently no availability for events of more than 24 guests in 2018.  Please visit Summit Soiree for information and availability for other beautiful private estate venue options in the Santa Cruz area.  Sand Rock Farm is available for wedding lodging which may be booked online via VRBO.  

2019 Events Sand Rock Farm is taking soft holds for ten events of up to 150 guests.  Available 2019 dates are listed below.  Pricing is $17,500 including professional wedding planning and design, an invitation for two to a Tasting Event hosted by our catering, planning, floral and entertainment vendor partners, use of the Hidden Garden Suite for getting ready, exclusive use of the venue space for a six-hour event, ending by 9:00pm, professional deejay/emcee with live music options, off-site parking fee (shuttles required for any event of 40 or more guests), all set-up and clean-up. Optional lodging buyout for up to 18 guests in the 5-room farm house is available at $1,500/night, including breakfast. Choose from packages which include catering, cake, rentals and floral decor (personal flowers are quoted separately) provided by professional, licensed vendors, starting at $150 per person.
