Do you want to learn a new soul-satisfying skill? Come to Sand Rock Farm and learn to make sourdough!
Classes are two and a half hours long and include everything you need to make delicious, homemade bread that will make you and your loved ones happy. You will take home a freshly baked loaf, a bag of bread making essentials including sourdough starter, mixing bowl, scale, tea towel, scraper, banneton basket, bread lame, a tote for your equipment, dough that you have made that will be ready for baking in 24-48 hours, refreshments, soup, salad and socializing. Classes are $130 per person (or $230 per couple sharing supplies) and limited to six people. Guests who book the class in conjunction with lodging receive 10% off. Book a private group of six to eight and get 10% off. Private groups will also have more dates available to choose from, please email [email protected] to book.
