Weddings at Sand Rock Farm are magical! Guests love the unique, historic setting and clients love the curated vendor services that allow them to relax and enjoy the planning process leading to a beautiful and effortless wedding day. Your experienced and professional wedding planning and coordination team will ensure a seamless event down to every last delicious detail. Weddings include wedding design, planning and coordination, exclusive use of all Sand Rock Farm venue spaces for six hours of event time, two dressing rooms available all day, complimentary custom wedding cake, cafe lighting, wine barrel cocktail tables, rustic wood bars, fire pit lounge, restrooms, and venue management. Clients work with preferred vendors for catering, sound/music, floral design and shuttle services. Venue and planning fees for single day weddings between May and October for 41-120 guests are $17,000. A two-night lodging bed and breakfast buyout may be added for $5,000 inclusive of taxes. Off-season dates between November and April are $13,600.

Sand Rock Farm provides a gorgeous and completely private backdrop so you can focus on each other and your guests and we can focus on you. Clients may choose their own professional vendors from a list of preferred vendors.
RETREATS FOR 30 OR FEWER GUESTS
Sand Rock Farm is a wonderful place to gather with a small group for all kinds retreats, whether it is a yoga, mountain bike or book club retreat, or work, school or family retreat, we help you build a custom itinerary with events, food and beverage and all that you need for a successful gathering. Retreats are quoted upon request.
WEDDING LODGING (when the wedding is elsewhere)
Sand Rock Farm is only available for a limited number of weddings each year, however, a two-night buyout of lodging is available year-round except for holiday weekends and couples often pair our lodging with their wedding at one of the many venue options nearby. Wedding lodging includes early check-in at 1:00pm and late check-out at noon, breakfast, a complimentary wedding day lunch, the ability to bring your hair/make-up vendors and photographer/videographer for pre-ceremony photos and video. Couples may add a catered rehearsal dinner for up to 30 guests (additional fees apply.). A two-night buyout starts at $3,600 plus taxes.

The Barrel Room and Wine Meadow are available for social events starting at $5,000 for high season weekends and $3,800 for November to April events for a max of 40 guests for five hours. Social events at the B & B start at $2,500 for up five hours of event time midweek and $3,600 on weekends between November and April. Please request a quote for larger groups (max 120).
CONSULTATION, PLANNING AND COORDINATION
Looking for professional event planning consultation or venue ownership advice? Jennifer Hagglof has 28 years of hospitality, event planning and business ownership experience encompassing international corporate and private events at hotels and private venues as well as 19 years of catering business ownership and 11 years of venue ownership experience. Planning and coordination rates are 15% of the total budget for weddings with starting budgets of $50k. Hourly consultation is $225/hour with a three-hour minimum, not including travel fees.
